Lead Teller Riverland Bank Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Lead Teller to join our team in Jordan, MN Job details: Process customer transactions and provide prompt, courteous and efficient customer service within established guidelines. Performs broad range of services and may include various day-to-day operational, clerical and routine tasks as assigned by management. Responsible for day to day tasks to be completed by the teller line correctly and on a timely basis. This position will contribute to bank’s fee income through service fees and growth of products used by customers. Reports to and takes direction from Teller Supervisor. Job assignments: Essential Job Functions Handles customer account transactions which may include verifying incoming cash, accurately dispersing cash, accepting various deposits and payments, and cashing checks. Verifying account balances, giving out account details to customer, and printing copies of items and/or statements from customer accounts.
