Receptionist Excellent opportunity for a 3 mon contract to hire position! Your Role: As the administrative assistant you are responsible for general office duties, including providing effective and efficient administrative support and other tasks as assigned. The specific responsibilities of the position are as follows: Customer Service Assist customers Schedule appointments Review, appropriately refer, or draft/answer email correspondence Provide effective follow-up on matters requiring attention Invoicing Answering phones Perform other duties as assigned Administrative Perform general office duties including answering phones, taking messages, sorting and distributing mail and packages. Respond to internal and external requests for info. Attend all training and staff meetings as requested. Perform other duties as assigned by office staff.
