POSITION TITLE: Photography Lead (Lead Studio Photographer) - Indianapolis, IN REPORTS TO: Operations Manager FLSA STATUS: Exempt SUMMARY: The foremost role of the Photography Lead is to supervise production within the studio, and to produce 25 folders of 9+ photos per day. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Photograph approx 25 products per day, or 125 per week Keep the quality of the photos up to company expectations by maintaining style guide and updating as necessary Check photography schedule, assign products to photographers and help plan their daily shooting schedule to meet photography deadlines Ensure photographers arrive to work on time daily to begin the shooting process Motivate the photographers to hit the goal of 600 products per week Report weekly amount of pictures produced and error counts to upper management Request equipment and supplies to upper management and office manager for studio needs SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
