Machine Operator C - (Lynchburg, VA)

1) Set up job according to specifications of work order. Operator follows directions and produces quantity of parts. 2) Works on different types of equipment to carry out a particular phase of the production cycle. 3) Must produce parts within required tolerances. 4) Repsonsible for taking care of routine machine maintenance while checking of TPM and Quality Inspection Sheets as well as Tooling Logs. 5) Performs housekeeping of area daily. 6) Required to follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding. 7) Maintains simple reports on work orders handled and quantities produced. 8) Knowledge of measuring, reading and understanding using the metric system.
