The full service laboratory provides a variety of tests in accordance with regulatory compliance standards. The CLS medical technologist maintains accurate and compliant records of lab test results and adheres to documentation policies and procedures./p pThe Hospital values its employees and provides exceptional in-service training, continuing-ed and leadership mentoring. The Clinical Laboratory Scientist medical technologist should have an ASCP, AMT, HEW, or NCA certification and should meet CLIA qualifications.
