Chemist - (Mt Vernon, IN)

Entry Level Chemist!! This position is a Chemist performing basic wet chemistry work. The role is in the Technology/R&D group under lab managers and Research Scientist. This tech works in a specialized areas producing film and sheets with plastic. This a high profile position where they will be assisting Sr. Scientist on new innovative projects for the company and their clients. You will be in the lab 100% of the time. Work next to a PHD Scientist, work on products that are 5-10 days away from hitting the market. Mentor-ship from some of the top polymer scientist in the world. Will do a variety of task including wet and physical lab test, writing reports, and providing solutions for improved product development. Work on pilot projects (small production of sample products for R&D). Will work with many PHD Chemist and Chemical Engineers. These leaders and managers will teach them and be a mentor as they complete their projects. This particular lab is developing product from both solid and wet raw materials.
