Local manufacturing company is seeking an Electrical Test Technician to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis! Position description and requirements are listed below: POSITION DETAILS Perform analytic and diagnostic engineering tests or doe initiated by engineers Establish process and build prototype level products to insure customer quality and delivery requirements Troubleshoot down to component level Evaluate design and processes; make improvements or recommendations for improvements Fixture design and coordinate fabrication of new fixtures Fabricate, install and modify production or test equipment to ensure that appropriate standards are met Develop standard operating procedures for the manufacture or testing of new parts Write technical reports in analysis of new machinery, production processes and process changes Perform complex maintenance
