Breakfast Cook/Short-Order Cook - Blythewood - (Blythewood, SC)

Lizard's Thicket, Blythewood is looking for Breakfast Cooks that are able to work fast and under pressure. You will prepare hundreds of meals on a busy morning, and generally report to work at 5 am and work a 8-10 hour shift. Responsibilities : ? Cook to order traditional style breakfast food by following our recipe manual on the grill/oven/waffle iron/toaster/fryers or any other kitchen equipment ? Help manage food rotation on a 1st In, 1st Out basis ? Knowledge of food safety and health standards ? Accurately and neatly prepare the plates ? Set up the line and work station each morning and before leaving for lunch/dinner service ? Prepare breakfast foods & mixes daily to be used during the next shift ? Work with other staff as a team and always have a positive, upbeat, energetic attitude ? Expertise to read, interpret, and adhere to recipes ?
