Human Resource Director - (Lafayette, LA)

Vermilion Behavioral Health has a new opportunity for a Human Resource Director. Position details: This position will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Vermilion. The facility will look to this person to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state compliance qualifications, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and other employee services. Key Assignments include: * Conversion and implementation of policies and procedures. * Daily involvement within the ATS, HRIS, and onboarding system. * Full cycle recruitment and onboarding. * Performance improvement. * Benefit administration to include- new hires, terminations, open enrollment, etc. * Handle employee relations situations as needed. * Weekly reporting. * Worker's compensation, FMLA, and leave processing and tracking.
