Account Resolution Specialist Lead - Internal - (Grants Pass, OR)

Regular Full-time Responsibilities: As a Recovery Specialist Lead, your responsibilities will be: • Lead a team of recovery specialists by example • Responsible for the production results of a Team as well as their individual portfolio • Answer questions and handle team meetings • Provide feedback to Team Manager and Division Manager • Motivate and encourage all • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Necessary skills and Knowledge: Qualifications: • Must have been employed with Performant for a min of one year. • Must have bonused ten out of last 12 mnths – nine of those must be at second level • Potential candidates must submit an Internal Application in order to be considered (Available from Human Resources) • Must submit an essay detailing the reasons for wanting to be an RSL and what you think you can add to our organization.
