Full Time Teller - (Kilgore, TX)

DESCRIPTION Reports to the designated Banking Center Manager. Responsible for the accurate and efficient performance of a wide variety of teller functions for Bank customers and potential customers. DUTIES 1. Greet all customers and assist them by completing the required banking transaction(s) in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. 2. Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds. 3. Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other info such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents 4. Resolve customer transactions, which are not consistent with Bank policy or outside of teller authority through the appropriate procedures. 5. Respond to customer account inquiries. 6.
