Benefits Coordinator - (Cookeville, TN)

Averitt currently is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to become a member of our team at our Corporate Campus. The Benefits Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Benefits Administrato r and health plan providers to become an expert on Averitt's health and welfare benefit plans. The Benefits Coordinator will : - R esponsible for understanding a wide variety of benefit s programs: medical (including two medical plans), dental, vision, disability and life insurance. - Facilitate the resolution of issues in a timely manner - Primary point of contact for Averitt associates, associate family members & retirees - Liaison between health plan providers and Averitt associates - Fulfill numerous day-to-day benefits-related tasks - Provide customer service to associates via phone and/or email concerning their benefit package - Data entry of benefits enrollment forms - Conduct group presentations - Coordinate mailing of benefits materials - Completion of required state forms
