Manufacturing Manager - Lumber/Door production operations - (Fargo, ND)

We?re seeking a proven successful leader in manufacturing operations to improve our current production processes and quality in Fargo, ND while also preparing for additional expansion in Lakeland, FL. We are an employee owned company, in business for many years, with a continuous track record of growth, both organically and through acquisition. This position will initially oversee approx fifteen employees in 3 areas: 1) Dimensional lumber pressure treating 2) Pre-finish and staining of millwork 3) Door Assembly interior & exterior Other required responsibilities: ? Determine resource qualifications of operations ? Develop and manage to an annual budget of operations ? Ensure compliance related to the testing, storage, use and disposal of chemicals used in the treating and pre-finish operations ? Set the quality standards and ensure via process that they are consistently met ? Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent background
