Job DescriptionOur Tyler client is seeking an Appraiser to join their team. This individual will represent the company in person and through correspondence. General ResponsibilitiesPerforms office and field work associated with the appraisal of real property by area or use type.Gathers data, updates, and reviews appraisal records to insure accuracy and completeness.Reviews financial records, renditions, and other pertinent documents.Assists in the collection and verification of sales data.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited 4 year college or university is required. Candidate must have advanced level knowledge of Ms office products; have superior written and spoken communication expertise and have a professional demeanor..Salary is commensurate with background.
