Order Picker / Warehouse Selector - (Grand Rapids, MI)

Warehouse Order Selector Position details: The Warehouse Order Selector will accurately select various products in the warehouse and prepares orders for shipment. Our client is a reputable distribution facility located on Hall Street. Schedule: 8:00am to 6:00pm Hours may vary. Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts as needed. This is a physically demanding position. Responsibilities: *Follow pick sheet and select product accurately for shipment *Assemble order from stock and organize the order onto pallets in proper placement. Attach label accordingly. *Operate pallet jack and forklift as necessary. Transporting order to proper dock. *Properly handle product to limit damage. Report any damage or spills. *Daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean workplace environment Required skills/Requirements: *Previous warehouse experience is required. *Min of 6 mnths forklift experience *Excellent reading and comprehension skills to complete accurate orders Position requirements:
