This management level position will report directly to theGeneral Manager and will have oversight and responsibility for day to dayculinary operations for a top shelf restaurant, at least two retail food outlets and have some shared oversight of "At Your Request"patient dining experience.This position is in Omaha, Nebraska at the new Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center. We are seeking someone with significant catering and fine dining experience serving large groups of people. Accountabilities: Manages15-30 employees at this high profile, high energy account. Supervises food service production, menuplanning and food cost controls forNebraska Medicine and the Cancer Center reail outlets. Manages the operations with Sodexo's Food Management System (FMS). Provides training and coaching to the culinary team to sustain compliance with Gold Check Standards.
