Unit Description Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 1 for our culinary / food service operations atSpartanburg Methodist College (www.smcsc.edu) - Spartanburg SC.SMC isa small private collegewith a student population of around 800. Allstudents are freshmen and sophomores, nearly equally male and female (52% male, 48% female). 75% ofstudents live on campus in 7 residence halls. The perfect applicant will have High volume culinary experience; Designs, supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel inthe account; Strong culinary experience with experience incateringand banquets; Emphasis on food presentation, quality, execution, menu design implementation; Focus oncustomer service excellence; Proven skill providingstrong leadership, including supervision, direction and training
