Unit Description Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef one for our food service operations at Kanuga Conference Center located in Hendersonville, NC! Kanuga is an Episcopal Conference Center located in Western North Carolina. Kanuga hosts many different type groups from Church Retreats to Weddings, from Business retreats to kid's camps. The 3 units that we operate include: a year round conference center, a ten month camp, and a summer camp. The Executive chef's roleis a high profile role at Kanugaand is very much involved with our client.Interpersonal skills are a mustwith the many different meetings that we have with our clients and customers. Management expertise are also needed since we host many different groups at 1 time.
