Chef Manager - (Mt Pleasant, IA)

Unit Description Sodexo Universities has an opportunity for a talented Chef Manager at Iowa Wesleyan University, located in Mount Pleasant, IA. Iowa Wesleyan is a 4-year university with a resident dining program that serves approx 300 boarders, a small coffee shop and catering for the school and the community. We are seeking culinarians with a passion for food to manage production for the board meal plans and catering. *Relocation benefits is Available!* As Chef Manager, you will interact daily with students during meal periods and during display cooking to point out special menu items and local/organic items. You will be working closely with the Catering Manager, Executive Chef and Retail Supervisor for all production needs. A strong comfort with computers is required as you will be utilizing technology such as Sodexo Food Management programs (FMS), Kronos Labor System and Market Connections for on-line ordering. This position also acts as the unit safety coordinator.
