Unit Description Sodexo Universities segment is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor located in Belton, TX, just 45 mins north of Georgetown/Austin, and nine miles away from Temple, TX. The University boasts a brand new Restaurant collection resident dining facility and retail units. The Executive Chef will provide leadership, guidance and supervision to all employees that prepare and present food for service. The Chef will mentor and develop employees to ensure that they learn and execute daily standard operating procedures in a manner that strengthens the consistency of the customer background. The Chef will ensure that appropriate techniques are used back of the house and that the work done in the kitchen translates to a food forward restaurant quality approach to delivery during meals, inclusive of plate design and station presentation.
