Human Resources Director - (Greenville, SC)

Summary: The Director (Greenville) will assist in managing several areas of the HR spectrum while closely partnering with senior staff members. This individual will be expected to perform in a generalist capacity managing day to day operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Responsibilities: Conducts employee relations efforts by providing coaching and counseling for employees Serves as a liaison and consultant in identifying, analyzing and resolving organizational issues Develops, implements and assists management in the performance review process, including administration of the compensation and incentive programs Implements and periodically updates comp plan; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys Facilitates the annual open enrollment process for employee benefits
