Staff Management - SMX has a great direct hire opportunity with growth potential for a Continuous Improvement Expert at our client's facility in Hopkinsville, KY The Continuous Improvement Expert is responsible to identify and improve the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES •Lead lean projects for the team •Develop a high level lean strategy and schedule. •The scope includes in cell activities as well as extended value streams between plants, suppliers, and customers •Participate in identification and prioritization of future Lean Manufacturing/SDPP projects and Kaizen Events for all HPCC cells in Ames •Participate in identification and prioritization of future Lean Manufacturing/SDPP projects and Kaizen Events •Ensure sustainability and continuous improvements of previous projects
