Job DescriptionDesign/Applications EngineerReference Number: jdsengdsginLocation: Bremen, INThe Design/Applications Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering launch functions for new products and developing new and innovative product designs, bringing customer focused, cost-effective products and processes to market.Responsibilities – Design/Applications Engineer Design, develop, and support of company product linesAssure product launches are delivered on-time, meet quality goals, and documented completely and accuratelyPreparation of calculations for design adequacy in areas of part design Support other engineering groups including New Product Development and Engineer-to-OderEngage new and existing customer to grow existing products Qualifications – Design/Applications Engineer Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related Engineering fieldPrevious experience working within a manufacturing facilityStrong understanding of AutoCADPossess a strong Lean and Continuous Improvement experience
