North Carolina Facility Seeking a Locums Family Physician - (Bladenboro, NC)

A clinic located in North Carolina is seeking a family medicine physician to help with locum tenens coverage for their practice. The applicant must be board certified in family medicine or internal medicine & pediatrics. Scope of assignment includes single physician coverage with advanced practice provider support. Our client is looking for a compassionate physician who will work well with patients who may be upset by the departure of their regular physician. This assignment will be outpatient only, and the patient panel is primarily 60 or older with both chronic and acute conditions. Assignment schedule is Monday through Friday, adjustable hours, and physician will see 25-30 patients per day on average.
