Wellness Specialist - (Oklahoma City, OK)

Required ID: 78241 BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to execute the Love's wellness strategy through planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining programs related to employee wellness. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Works in partnership with the benefits team to manage a comprehensive wellness program to help improve the health of employees. Works in partnership with the wellness vendor to manage the employee wellness portal, reporting, and other items as needed. Plans/coordinates annual onsite and offsite events such as health screenings, flu shots, corporate challenge events, mobile mammograms and other similar events. Develops and distributes monthly wellness communications. Coordinates wellness events by booking conference rooms, contacting speakers, preparing sign-in sheets and tracking participation, etc. Develops, manages, and delivers wellness programs such as behavior modifications, seminars, incentive programs, special events, etc.
