Through self directed work, schedule customers and process registrations for patients entering the healthcare organization through various points of entry, securing all necessary info for internal operations, while introducing customer to the environment. Secures necessary signatures, complete billing screens, collect required payments, begin the financial responsibility process by arrange payment methods, assist patients to various departments, answer questions, collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and outside organizations. You must have the expertise to be cross trained to cover various areas of registrations. Education & Background : High-school degree or equivalent required.
