The Opportunity As a Culinary Supervisor you will oversee the preparation of food for the Midway Buffet, Blue Ribbon Grill, Tim Hortons and Clubhouse: as well as outside events by helping open and/or close kitchen to Chefs standards cooking food to specifications set forth, and to palatable finish cooking food required for the day, any events, and to prepare for the following day holding your team to follow corporate specifications in regards to uniform, hygiene
