Cell Leader/Shift Supervisor This is an Alternate Work Week (AWW) first Shift role - AWW first Shift hours: Fri/Sat/Sun 6:00am - 6:00 pm. Position summary: * Sets daily production goals for individual employees and follows up on progress. * Allocates available labor resources and follows up to ensure production schedules are met as required. * Assures that all his/her employees are properly trained. * Interprets the Union-Management Collective Bargaining Agreement. * Administers and enforces Shop Rules, Safety Rules, and Regulations which may require disciplinary action being taken for infraction(s). * Maintains and reviews production requirements with the Operations Manager. * Approves personal time, vacation, transfers, and start time changes. * Performs Tool Box talks covering current issues. * Coordinates ACE and EHS activities. Requirements * Min 2 yrs background in a manufacturing environment. * A/P license strongly preferred.
