Key AccountabilitiesReporting to the Director of Logistic Support, the Logistic Clerk is responsible for handling all aspects of researching/completing assigned UDM (Universal Dispute Management) pricing and OS&D cases. Along with department daily reports and some account order management. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and detail oriented. In addition, have the expertise to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a high energy environment with little supervision.ResponsibilitiesKey contact for UDM for pricing and OS&D for Legacy Cloverhill accounts.Work together with accounts receivable to manage customer deductions in a timely manner resulting in resolution and permanent solutions to avoid additional deductions where applicable.
