Job DescriptionAutomotive New Car Director Corpus Christi Ensure effective inventory mix and pricing to market. Obtain and exceeding budgets for Volume and PVR Train the sales staff on processes & procedures Regular training on CRM usage Drive the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations Manage controllable expense elements for the market New Vehicle Departments Organize inventory Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance Effectively manage all areas of new car department, including but not limited to allocation supply, and marketing. Expertise to forecast goals and objectives for new vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis. Expertise to hire, train and effectively lead all new car sales associates. Possess strong closing abilities and expertise to work with lenders. Understands and keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations.
