Position - Construction Manager/Quality Assurance) Location - San Angelo, TX 76908 (Goodfellow AFB) Duration Temp to hire DUTIES: Management and Quality Assurance Services provided to the client on a federal construction project. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for oversight of the owners construction effort, including the technical liaison between the owner, general contractor, user, and related agencies. Oversight involves (but not limited to): Quality Assurance observations and reporting of the physical work; produce construction change scope and cost estimates; technical reviews and recommending responses to RFIs, proposals, submittals, CPM schedules, pay applications, contractors correspondence, etc.; interpretation of contract documents; forecasting potential progress delays; job files; reporting and data input into a CM system; photo documentation; monthly reporting, and making recommendations to the client as required.
