Order/Quote Specialist Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of customer quotes, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. 1st point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc. Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty. Support day to day Customer quoting activity as well as a secondary focus on operational excellence/workflow, infrastructure and processes to improve quoting. Connect leads to quotes across business lines Works with Field Service Engineers and Zone Project Managers to generate accurate and timely Customer Quotations. Serves as single point of contact for Quote Creation Provides feedback on functionality of quote tool enhancements Train existing and new employees in quoting processes Maintains catalog Assist in parts identification and compatibility issues
