Retail consists of a Simply to Go, Cappuccino Corner-a deli style location, Concessions, a C-store and a grill called The Galley. Annual Catering volume approx $300,000. The Client is very engaged and enjoys change and trying new things. This position spends a bulk of time in the kitchen supervising staff, training, menuing, and ordering as well as supervising the student work force in the front of the house. The kitchen also produces Catering and items for retail.
