Human Resource Generalist - (Indianapolis, IN)

We are currently looking for a direct hire Human Resource Generalist in Indianapolis, IN. The perfect applicant will have had three to 5 years of background. You will be responsible for the following: • Leading the plant recruiting effort for all non-exempt positions • Being on the plant safety team and communicate with corporate safety manager • Conducting accident investigations • Maintaining the OSHA 200 Log • Developing and facilitate training courses for plant employees • Conducting new employee orientation • Ensuring employee benefit enrollments • Reviewing new hire data entry • Tracking and keeping performance appraisals on time for non-exempt employees You will be required to meet the following requirements: • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or another Business related position • 3-5yrs of background in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, preferred • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred,
