Responsibilities Individual should demonstrate the following abilities: The AP (Accounts Payable) & AR (Accounts Receivable) Manager will manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to ensure they are operating in accordance to the company mission, culture, service philosophy and meeting the goals and objectives set forth by the Executive Committee and Officers’ Council. Create and lead the effort with the strategic roadmap of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams. Establishes and maintains AP and AR systems and procedures, makes recommendations on the implementation of revisions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Manages the AP Supervisor and the Treasury Supervisor. Review general ledger reconciliations that relate to the AP and AR department.
