Team Lead - (State College, PA)

Team Lead Position description: SPAR Group Field Team Leads are primarily responsible for leading the execution of new store sets, resets and remodels. SPAR performs these activities in all classes of trade, from Convenience and Drug to Office Supercenters and Big Box Retailers. Our Field Service teams perform a broad range of tasks including building store fixtures, setting categories and preparing stores for grand or re-grand openings. Team Leads are the most critical component to our New Store Set and Remodel business. They manage the execution and ensure that deadlines, budgets and customer commitments are met. They also have the opportunity to travel around the country to assist our retail partners in ensuring their locations are ready for business.
