PRESS OPERATOR THE QUINCY Herald-Whig has an immediate opportunity for a part time press operator in our press department due to a retirement. Job openings in this department are infrequent due to the long tenure of our press operators. If you have background preparing, operating and maintaining an off-set printing press, you are a preferred applicant. Individuals without background but with a desire to learn the craft will be considered. The job necessitates basic mechanical skills and certain physical abilities; info will be provided at time of interview. The work schedule is generally weekend nights and some daytime hours during the week.
