Maintenance Manager (Mill) - (Kalamazoo, MI)

The GPI-Kalamazoo MI 100% Recycled Clay-coated Paperboard Mill is looking for a new team player. We are looking for someone who has expert knowledge in Mill wide maintenance, powerhouse operations, waste water treatment plant operations, systems group, distributed control and electrical engineering. Provide a safe working atmosphere. Maintain assets to meet production goals in a cost effective way. Working with department managers and maintenance superintendents to decide on priorities and method of execution. Develop and work plans to reduce down time. These include PM, PdM, A3's (RCFA), and FEMA. Develop standards of performance and adjust output to insure goals are met. These include skill development and practical capabilities through coaching and training. Control budgets so that cost goals and production are met. Responsible for mill operations during weekends assigned. Fluent in microsoft word processing, microsoft excel, power point, and computer drawing.
