Job DescriptionLocal Attorney looking to pair with BBSI for a temp to hire position as a Paralegal.Position summary:We are looking for a full-time, skilled litigation paralegal to be the backbone of our commercial law team. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details of case management. The successful applicant will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, legal research, document filing and attending trials.ResponsibilitiesConduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessmentsDraft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them with the courtPerform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organise case files, manage logistics etc)Maintain pleadings and discovery indexesOrganize exhibits, documents, evidence
