Benefits And Compensation Administrator Corporate Human Resources Dalton, Georgia Our Company is searching for an individual with experience in managing enrollment, eligibility, claims payment and administration of various employee benefits plans. A college diploma is required for this position with experience in accounting preferred. The successful applicant must be committed to providing excellent customer service to our associates, be well organized, have great communication expertise, and possess the expertise to handle multiple tasks. A high-level of Microsoft excel skills is required and JDE HR/Payroll system experience wanted. Additional consideration will be given to those who have experience in human resources or salary administration with knowledge of regulations affecting employee benefits plans. This position reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits.
