OG B Exercise Analyst with Security Clearance - (Leavenworth, KS)

Collects and manages data pertaining to military warfighting function (WfF) procedures, decisions, and orders during computer assisted military training exercises for Army Brigades, Divisions, and Corps. Works closely with military WfF Observer Controllers/Trainers (OC/Ts); collects computer generated data, observer Controller/ Trainer observations, analyzes data, and prepares visual products for After Action Reviews in coordination with military WfF counterparts. Develops and produces graphic products for After Action Reviews, Mission Command Training (MCT) Workshops, In-Progress Reviews, and briefings. When required, assists in exercise design, scenario development, weekly pre-exercise planning meetings, site surveys, and exercise planning conferences. Develops exercise plans, coordinates internal and external resources, monitors planning progress and timelines, and prepares contract deliverables items.
