The successful applicant will oversee a Level III NICU Unit. Summary: The Director assumes 24-hour responsibility for planning, supervising, and evaluating the care of patients to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for each patient/family in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Reports to the ACNO and provides overall direction for employees, and 24 hour accountability and budgetary responsibility for the unit. Manage the day-to-day operations of the NICU Unit and provide quality cost effective care for the patient population. 24/7 accountability. Manage the departmental budget and develop cost containment strategies to operate the department.
