Responsible for routine duties related to processing Life applications. Communicates with sales force, candidates, medical facilities and other departments regarding Life applications. Requests medical records from Physicians and Hospitals. Requests medical qualifications, amendments, replacement forms and other needed items from Agent via Lotus Notes Email. Maintains qualifications needed for files, on mainframe and imaging and follows up with 2nd and 3rd requests when necessary.
