Certified Athletic Trainer-Towson Sports Medicine - (Towson, MD)

What You Will Do: Towson Sports Medicine/University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center is seeking a full-time certified athletic trainer to work in onsite athletic and clinical settings. The primary job setting is Baltimore County public and private high schools. The athletic trainer will provide evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention services for high-school athletes in collaboration with a Towson Orthopaedic Associates sports medicine physician. The athletic trainer will be a part of a multidisciplinary medical team and will collaborate with that team to ensure positive patient experiences and outcomes. The athletic trainer will manage inventory and the budget process, develop an emergency action plan, and assist the athletic director as requested.
