Quality Assurance Manager##Hampton##VA Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance Manager will provide management of the divisional Quality Assurance processes, including auditing and identification of quality improvements for multiple areas. Additionally, this position oversees a level of research that is done to better clarify Quality exception issues and ensures the maintenance of the quality data used for measurement to assist in meeting contract quality standards.Characteristics and Responsibilities Manage the daily departmental activities ensure that the auditing efforts satisfy the customer needs Maintain adequate staffing to satisfy the demands of the various auditing focuses Monitor aging of inventories and ensure timeliness in delivering audit results Improve and enhance daily operational processes for greater efficiencies Communicate with internal and external staff regarding change and identification of issues.
