Early Learning Communities Navigator - (Walled Lake, MI)

RESPONSIBILITIES The Early Learning Communities (ELC) Navigator is responsible for engaging new providers/caregivers/parents into the ELC. The Navigator will connect the provider/caregiver/parent to the correct trainer and any other needed resources. Furthermore, the Navigator will continually reach out to consumers to facilitate their choice of appropriate services based on their expressed needs and that barriers are removed so that the children in their care will receive the highest quality care possible. The Navigator is responsible for assisting ELC program staff and the ELC Coordinator in fulfilling the goals of the program. The Navigator reports to the ELC Coordinator. The Navigator is to attend Agency meetings, supervisory meetings and any other events deemed appropriate. Incumbents may be requested to perform related tasks other than those specifically presented.
