Leasing Agent Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Full-time Leasing Agent for the Boulevard Town Homes property, located in Springfield, IL. The salary is $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (negotiable), offering a bonus structure of $50.00 per unit leased, and as an additional benefit, a potential onsite apartment accommodation. This position will ensure that CE standards of excellence and Customer Fulfillment are provided in every resident, vendor and property team interaction through effective Customer Service.
