Client Service Agent, Insurance, FT Days - (Hudson, NY)

Remedy Professional Services is currently recruiting for a full time, direct-hire Client Service Agent to work days, 8:30am to 5pm. *Current & valid NYS Property & Casualty license required.* Our client is a highly respected insurance brokerage that has relationships with many of the nation's leading insurance carriers. This position will service a current book of business, as well as cross-selling and upselling to those existing accounts. They will be servicing personal insurance by handling walk-ins and by phone. Position assignments: - Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image.
