Processes claims for payments. Requests details from internal and external sources to ensure completeness and validity of claim. Researches claims as needed. Answers inquiries regarding claim. Using customer software, sorts claims according to network status. Enters claims details for pricing. Maintains a high-level of accuracy and production rate. Good entry skills Expertise to handle multiple tasks. Expertise to correctly complete assignments within specified time frames. Familiarity with medical and/or insurance terminology.
