Innovation and Digital Analyst - (Amelia, OH)

Identify and explore innovative and transformational disruptors and differentiators that are game changes and position the organization to win. Supporting the Front End of Innovation (FEI) for the Incubator team. Conduct Research and Development activities, driving idea generation campaigns, pursue specific related activities in order to monitor, track and identify future focused topics and ideas of potential benefit to American Modern. This position reports directly to the AVP of Innovation & Digitalization. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and research ideas which will produce future revenue streams, client solutions, or services. Areas of focus include: New and emerging problems or technologies, gaps in insurance needs, gaps in the customer background or technologies related to projects being managed Macro and societal issues that could impact P&C insurance industry Market Intelligence - Research industry news, trade reports, and trends that could impact policyholders
